Gnomestead BunnyTree (Farms LLC) Waiting list and Deposit policy 2026
Welcome and thank you for choosing Gnomestead BunnyTree, now Gnomestead Farms LLC. We do not allow live animals to be reserved wirhout prior communiation to our team. Any money sent without prior approval for live animals will be refunded with a 4% service fee. It is imperative that you find out if we have any animals available, as well as be vetted for one of our animals. We offer credit card online services for buyers protection, not random animal purchasing. Thank you.
In order to secure a place on one of our wait lists with our farm, we require a non-refundable deposit of $25 per live animal via credit card wirh a service fee, cash app and Venmo.
For large meat pre-orders, we ask for 50% down as we will be planning our future production based on your request. The remaining balance is to be paid the day of pickup and can be in cash or the aforementioned payment methods before animals or other products leave the premises. If using cash you must bring the exact amount as we are not a bank and do not have change at the farm.
Placing a deposit ensures only serious buyers are on our list for the animals we provide. If you are unsure how to correctly send the payment, please ask for help. We would like to make things as simple for our customers as possible and prevent unnecessary fees. The deposit comes off the price of your animal at pickup. Live Rabbits are $70, Chickens $25, ducks $30 , geese $60, turkeys $60 unless otherwise discussed. Any pre-ordered hatches need to be paid 50% down in advance.
Failure to show to your pickup will result in FORFEITURE of your deposit to Gnomestead Farms LLC.
We ask that you specify the breed, gender, any special requests for color and fur types at the time you hold your spot on the waiting list. You may submit a change request if you reach out before your animal is chosen. This is important because animals sent to you for choices may have already been sent to people further down the list. Please understand this may lead to a longer wait for your animal, as you may have to be moved further down the waiting list to a future litter to accommodate your choices. You may also opt to pass one time if Gnomestead Farms offers you an animal that matches your appropriate requests, their in you will forfeit your deposit and not receive an animal. We want to be sure our animals are homed in a timely manner as bonding is done early on at weaning age. When you are offered your animal(s), please choose as quickly as possible but also with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Know there may be someone waiting on you to choose so they may also choose their animals next so please be courteous.
If Gnomestead BunnyTree (Farms LLC) has attempted to reach you and you fail to reply, you will also forfeit your deposit. We will make much effort to reach you before this, as it is in our best interest to be sure to make you happy and match you with your best animal. If you don’t make it to your pickup appointment, you will forfeit your right to your animal, your deposit, and any other payments made to Gnomestead BunnyTree (Farms LLC).
Refunds: If a refund is needed, a 5% fee will be applied. Any deposits are non refundable.
By placing your deposit you are agreeing to these terms. This notice is provided on our website. A deposit is required for all purchases regardless of waiting period to reserve the time for your animal.
