Gnomestead BunnyTree (Farms LLC) Waiting list and Deposit policy 2024

Welcome and thank you for choosing Gnomestead BunnyTree, now Gnomestead Farms LLC. In order to secure a place on our wait list with our farm, we require a non refundable deposit of $25 per rabbit via PayPal “sending to a friend”, PayPal goods and services with a 5% SERVICE CHARGE, cash app with no fee to @Gnomesteadfarms or credit card with a $2 service charge. For the goat waiting list it is a non refundable deposit of $50 per goat via the same payment methods. The remaining due is to be paid the day of pickup and can be in cash or the aforementioned payment methods before animals or other products leave the premises. If using cash you must bring the exact amount as we are not a bank and do not have change at the farm. 

Placing a deposit ensures only serious buyers are on our list for the animals we provide.  If you are unsure how to correctly send the payment, please ask for help. We would like to make things as simple for our customers as possible and prevent unnecessary fees. The deposit comes off the price of your animal at pickup. Rabbits are $60, goats are $400 unless otherwise discussed, chickens and ducks are $10. Any pre-ordered hatches need to be paid 50% in advance. 

Failure to show to your pickup will result in FORFEITURE of your deposit to Gnomestead Farms LLC.

We ask that you specify the breed, gender, any special requests for color and fur types at the time you hold your spot on the waiting list. You may submit a change request if you reach out before your animal is chosen and animals sent to you for choices as other people will then be in line waiting to choose. Please understand this may lead to a longer wait for your animal, as you may have to be moved further down the waiting list to a future litter to accommodate your choices. You may also opt to pass one time if Gnomestead Farms offers you an animal that matches your appropriate requests, their in you will forfeit your deposit and not receive an animal. We want to be sure our animals are homed in a timely manner as bonding is done early on at weaning age. When you are offered your animal(s), please choose as quickly as possible but also with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Know there may be someone waiting on you to choose so they may also choose their animals next so please be courteous.

If Gnomestead BunnyTree (Farms LLC) has attempted to reach you and you fail to reply, you will also forfeit your deposit. We will make much effort to reach you before this, as it is in our best interest to be sure to make you are happy and match you with your best animal. If you don’t make it to your pickup appointment, you will will forfeit your right to your animal, your deposit, and any other payments made to Gnomestead BunnyTree (Farms LLC).

By placing your deposit you are agreeing to these terms. This notice is provided on our website in addition to the time information about an animal is requested if not readily available. A deposit is required for all purchases regardless of waiting period to reserve the time for your animal.

We value your privacy, no information will be shared to outside parties without prior permission.
